The concept of “WE” is much more powerful than the concept of “I”. So I am asking anyone interested in this project to help. Together, WE can make this happen!
This project will only go so far with what "I" accomplish. For all of you who want this to happen, it is "WE" who will launch the moment of silence for non-violence... it is "WE" who will convince those in the areas we reside in to join us... it is "WE" who will create one moment each week where millions across our nation(s) are joined in a collective energy focused on the eradication of violence as a way to solve our problems... it is "WE" who will lead the world one step closer to less bloodshed.

Some of you may be asking "what valuable contribution could I make"?
First of all, you probably know more than us about what you have to offer, so there is a good chance you can help us in ways we might not even know we needed! Or ask a good friend of yours how they think you could contribute (they can often see some of our strengths that we fail to see in ourselves).
If you are still stumped here are some other suggestions (go crazy, see how many things on this list you can do!):
- Tell your friends about us
- Are you familiar with creating a Non-Profit or joining an existing Non-Profit? We could use your knowledge!
- Are you good with fundraising? We could use your time, or at least your advice!
- Public Relations your thing? We could use your time, or at least your CONTACTS!
- In fact, if you know anyone in an influential role anywhere that can help us, introduce them to us. Or, at a minimum we would greatly appreciate their contact info
- What organizational skills do you have?
- Can you design a great web-site? (Ours is OK, but it could be a lot better)
- How are you with graphic design? Do you know any good graphic designers? (we need promo material!)
- Campaign experience? Do you have a desire to campaign or spread the word to businesses/etc?
- The power of connections: Tell 2 new people a day, who haven't heard about us (if each of those people told 2 new people, in 3 weeks we would reach 5 million people!)
- Tell acquaintances... tell coworkers... customers..
Once we are a bit more established/organized:
- Ask your Executive management and your HR managers to have company participation
- Do you know Execs or HR reps in any company? ask them to participate!
- Call your radio stations, local newspapers, T.V. stations.... e-mail them too!
- Do you know someone who works at any media related company?
- Call your state congress... call your US congress and Senators!
- Do you know anyone in advertising? Are they be willing to donate unused space?
- Talk about us at networking events! (business, social, whatever).
- Ask us to send you some business cards or flyers to pass out. Or print them here
- Do you or someone you know visit a lot of businesses? See if those businesses will post our promo material!
